The Labour Party leader has said that the consequences for those caught carrying knives must be ‘tailored to the individual’ in order to prevent reoffending.
It comes after the government earlier announced plans to close what James Cleverly described as a ‘loophole’ within an existing ban on zombie-style weapons.
