Government ‘will not countenance’ scrapping Saturday mail
Post Office minister Kevin Hollinrake insists the government “will not countenance anything less than a six day” postal service by Royal Mail.
This comes after communications regulator Ofcom launches a consultation that could see Saturday deliveries being scrapped.
