Those charges include two counts of involuntary manslaughter.

Baldwin’s attorneys, Luke Nikas and Alex Spiro, responded to the new charges, saying, "We look forward to our day in court.".
Last year, Baldwin faced similar charges that were dropped... ... because prosecutors couldn't "proceed under the current time constraints and on the facts and evidence turned over by law enforcement in its existing form." .
In 2021, Baldwin's prop gun fired a live round, killing Hutchins and wounding director Joel Souza.
Baldwin has maintained his innocence, stating that he never pulled the trigger and wasn't aware that the gun contained live ammo.

'Rust' assistant director David Halls gave Baldwin the gun that day, CNN reports.
Last year, he signed a plea deal "for the charge of negligent use of a deadly weapon.".
Armorer Hannah Gutierrez Reed has also been charged with involuntary manslaughter and has pleaded not guilty, CNN reports.
