Post Office: PM urged to ban NDAs in severance agreements
Conservative MP Dame Maria Miller calls on Rishi Sunak to ban the use of NDAs in all severance agreements saying "it's against the law to silence victims of crime, but that's exactly what the Post Office did through the use of non-disclosure agreements".
The prime minister responds that the Ministry of Justice are "carefully considering how to best address this issue" and that "the ability to speak out about things is key to unlocking justice".
