Lib Dem leader accuses Post Office of ‘lying'

Liberal Democrat leader Sir Ed Davey accuses the Post Office of “lying on an industrial scale” over the false convictions of hundreds of sub-postmasters due to faulty accounting software.

Sir Ed says “I wish I’d known then what we all know now” after he faces fresh scrutiny over his role as postal affairs minister during his time in the coalition government.
