Teen stabbed to death at London's Primrose Hill

Police are appealing for information after a 16-year-old boy was fatally stabbed on New Year’s Eve at a popular London firework spot.

Officers were called to Primrose Hill in Camden at 11.40pm, where Harry Pitman was pronounced dead shortly before midnight despite attempts at first aid.

A 16-year-old boy was arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder and remains in custody at a north London police station.

Supt Danny Hewitt appealed for anyone with information to come forward.

"I know that many people have images and footage from Primrose Hill, especially around the time of the murder.

I urge them to share that material with us by the dedicated link in our appeals," he added.
