Trump Removed from Ballot in Colorado - In The Tank #428

The Heartland Institute’s Jim Lakely, Chris Talgo, and Jack McPherrin present episode 428 of the In The Tank Podcast.

By a 4-3 vote, a Democrat dominated Colorado Supreme Court removed Donald Trump from the primary ballot in that state for being guilty of “insurrection” against the United States.

This is the first time a clause of the 14th Amendment has ever been applied.

Is it warranted?
