Colorado’s Supreme Court Removes Donald Trump From Primary Ballot

In an unprecedented decision, the Colorado State Supreme Court removed Donald Trump from the primary ballot, citing Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.

The 4-3 ruling will be placed on hold until January 4, where the Trump Camp is expected to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
