Did the Colorado Supreme Court participate in an insurrection?

I think that is a legitimate question to ask in light of the fact that the court itself has stretched the definition of "insurrection" so broadly.

This court has essentially stated that Trump was an insurrectionist because he talked about the election issues in 2020 and said we the people should stand against election corruption.

I frankly agree with him.
