Article 370: Senior Journalist Sheikh Qayoom Talks About Legality Within SC’s Decision
Today, the Supreme Court issued its ruling regarding the Union government's 2019 amendment to Article 370 of the Constitution, which revoked the special status of the former state of Jammu and Kashmir.
The court deemed the Constitutional order that nullified Article 370 as legitimate.
