World can't 'turn away from moral failure' in Gaza says ICRC chief

"We can't turn away from what is evidently a moral failure in the face of the international community" says Mirjana Spoljaric, president of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), after visiting the European hospital in Khan Yunis, southern Gaza.

Spoljaric's visit comes as Israel pushes its military operation south on a fourth day of fighting since the end of a week-long truce with Hamas.
