Sunak and Starmer clash in Commons following Rwanda ruling

Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer accused Prime Minister Rishi Sunak of "failing to deliver on his promise" of stopping the boats this year.

The pair had a tense exchange at Prime Minister's Questions in the House of Commons after the Supreme Court ruled against the Rwanda plan this morning.
