Ohio Set to Pass Ballot Measure Codifying Abortion Protections for Women Into Law

The US Supreme Court may have struck down Roe vs.

Wade last summer, taking away the assurances to family planning and bodily autonomy for women.

But in Ohio a new ballot measure meant to ensure those very reproductive rights is now expected to pass, coding those protections into the state’s very constitution.
