Labour: We'd ban highly pollutant water bosses from bonuses

The shadow environment secretary says the Labour Party would pass laws to ban water bosses bonuses "if they are still allowing the extreme levels of raw and toxic sewage into our waterways".

Steve Reed adds "it's totally wrong" for the polluter to pay themselves more with the innocent consumer "having to foot the bill".
