How to Siphone Gas from a Boat Fuel Tank

How to siphon the fuel out in a boat.

While I am using a boat as an example, this can be applied to other vehicles as well as long as there are no restrictions in the filler neck.

The reason for extracting the fuel from the boat tank is that it does have some running issues which could be caused by stale fuel.

The other reason is that I have done an oil injection delete, therefore I need to mix the fuel and oil.

Having an empty tank and adding a new oil-fuel mixture will ensure I do have the proper ratio.
