Trump vows to End the Federal Department of Education

President Trump shares his plan to relocate the Department of Education from Washington DC to the individual states.

He says that despite spending more money per pupil, we are lagging behind many other countries but with the relocation of the DOE, many states will rival entire countries in student success.
