Starmer: Govt made complete mess of HS2

Sir Keir Starmer has accused the government of making a "complete mess" of HS2 and said the prime minister "reheated existing projects" during his speech at the Conservative Party conference.

The Labour Party leader added he was unable to commit to reversing the decision if he were to make government.
