Barclay: Militant BMA is not on the side of patients

Health Secretary Steve Barclay has announced he will make changes to the NHS to ensure the "dignity and safety" of patients and "protect the rights" of women.

During his speech at the Conservative Party Conference, he also chastised the "militant" British Medical Association as not "being on the side of change or patients".
