Prime Minister Pashinyan says Armenia did not help draft ceasefire
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan says his government did not take part "in any way in the development of the ceasefire text and did not take part in the discussions." Pashinyan's comments come as Azerbaijan announced on 20 September that it had halted its military operation in Nagorno-Karabakh after separatist Armenian forces agreed to lay down their arms and hold reintegration talks.
