Toronto resident calls for better regulations after e-scooter collision

Toronto resident Ashley Milton is asking the city to better regulate e-scooters, which are currently banned for use in Toronto.

'I'd like them to take into account that sidewalks are actually made for people, not for motorized vehicles,' she said.
