Tropical Storm Hilary Flood Waters Nearly Submerge Truck, Trees in California

Heavy rain from Tropical Storm Hilary brought flooding to southern California, as footage captured a truck nearly submerged by the waters in Thousand Oaks.

Another video showed trees along the Los Angeles River with their tops barely above the flooding.
