The Kerala Assembly has unanimously passed a resolution against the Uniform Civil Code, becoming the second state to do so.
In the Kerala assembly, CM Pinarayi Vijayan moved a resolution against the UCC by terming it a "unilateral and hasty" action on the part of the Centre.
