Musician born without arms focusing on what is possible

German Felix Klieser plays the French horn with his toes, after being born without arms. As he prepares to make his Royal Albert Hall and Proms debut, he says that he is tired of people telling him what is not possible, and instead likes to focus on the art of the possible.
