Tory mayoral candidate ‘very disappointed’ by ULEZ ruling

Five councils have lost their High Court challenge against the expansion of London's ultra low emission zone (ULEZ).

Conservative London mayoral candidate, Susan Hall said that she was “very disappointed” by the ruling, and that it will “affect the poorest across the city.” She insisted that if she is elected as Mayor, she “will stop the ULEZ expansion on day one.” Report by Covellm.
