China says IAEA report cannot be used 'as a pass' for Japan to discharge Fukushima water
China's Foreign Ministry says that a report by the International Atomic Energy Agency on Japan's plan to release treated water from the Fukushima nuclear plant into the sea cannot be "used as pass" by the country, while urging it to "respect science and facts".
