Striking down Affirmative action in higher education (sort of) and refusing to violate First Amendment rights by compelling speech in favor of LGBTQ+ activists has social justice warriors in a tizzy.

Let's do a bit of actual discussion on why this entire blowup is stupid and why their reasoning is broken.
