France says to deploy 40,000 police to deal with protests over teen death

Some 40,000 police will be deployed across France on Thursday to deal with any further protests following the killing of a teenager by police, which has sparked outrage across the country, French Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin announces from Mons-en-Baroeul in northern France.
