Chilean Police Rescues Residents and Dog Stranded in Sinking Van in Midst of Bursting River

Two residents and a dog were stranded on the roof of their car, following a downpour that prompted a river to burst its banks.

The footage shared by Chilean Carabineros police showed the distressing moment rescuers assisted the two locals and a dog out of the muddy waters of the Maipo river.
