Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in his historic address in the US Congress on Thursday, said the war in Ukraine involves major powers and the consequences are severe.

"The last few years have seen deeply disruptive developments.

With the Ukraine conflict, war has returned to Europe," the prime minister said, referring to the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
