Harman defends Privileges Committee role in Rees-Mogg attack

Harriet Harman defends her position as Privileges Committee chair after Sir Jacob Rees-Mogg questions her about her "famous tweets" over Partygate.

Insisting she was appointed to the role with no protestations, Ms Harman said she had been willing to step aside but was assured she should remain.
