Dam flood death toll rises to 10, says Ukraine's internal minister
Ukrainian Interior Minister Igor Klymenko says there are now 10 dead in the southern city of Kherson and the region from the breach of a dam that it blames on Russia.
Kyiv has accused Moscow of blowing up the dam on the Dnipro River, while Russia has blamed Ukraine.
