Kakhovka dam was blown up by Russia says Ukrainian President Zelensky
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky accuses Russia of mining and blowing up the Kakhovka dam in southern Ukraine, denying Russian claims that it was destroyed by Ukrainian shelling as "physically impossible".
The partial destruction of the strategically important dam has flooded a small city, two dozen villages and forced the evacuation of hundreds.
