Buying a new home had been on the rise, but now, most people think it is a bad time to buy a new home.According to a new Gallup poll, 8 out of 10 say that now is not a good time to buy a home.

There are reasons for this change, one being that home prices have continued to rise as have mortgage interest rates.

This means higher payments.
