How to Lock iPhone 14 Pro Screen Refresh Rate to 60Hz

The #iPhone13Pro was the first #iPhone to feature an LTPO display, allowing the refresh rate to go from 10-120Hz.

The #iPhone14Pro uses the same technology, but can go down to 1Hz for its always-on display.

In this video, I will show you how to lock the refresh rate to 60Hz on either an iPhone 14 Pro or 13 Pro.
