Anti-Smoking Charity: Gov must do more to cut smoking rates

Chief Executive for Action on Smoking and Health (ASH) Deborah Arnott says the ‘Swap to stop’ incentives are great “but not enough” and says “we need to see the government do more” to reduce smoking rates to 5 percent by 2030.
