Milatovic toasts Montenegro election victory

Jakov Milatovic pops the champagne to toast his win in Montenegro's presidential run-off elections, which ended decades of rule by the country's veteran leader, Milo Djukanovic.

"This is the night we have been waiting for for over thirty years" says Milatovic, as his rival concedes defeat in a vote that follows months of political deadlock in the tiny Balkan state.
