Govt 'turned a blind eye' to child exploitation says Starmer

Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer says the Government "sometimes pretends" that anti-social behaviour is "low-level" but says people "can't go out of their houses".

Speaking on child sexual exploitation, Starmer goes on to say there is "frustration" saying "the government has turned a blind eye" and questions what the Conservatives have been doing for the past 10 years.
