Hunt: Budget is most ambitious reform to break barriers

Chancellor Jeremy Hunt has described his Spring Budget as "the most ambitious package of reforms to break the barriers" in unemployment, and get people back into the workplace.

Following criticism his pledges are targeted at helping the rich, he argued more help is going to young parents than the those on higher salaries.
