NSA Sullivan: ‘I anticipate [Biden and Xi] will speak at some point in the not too distant future’

During an interview with Meet the Press, National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan discusses the strained communication between the United States and China.

"It is not that all lines of communication are shut off.
