Crystal Palace jazzes up the Bakersfield Sound for Mardi Gras

It's Mardi Gras, a.k.a 'Fat Tuesday,' and although the holiday is most popular in New Orleans, the Buck Owens Crystal Palace in Bakersfield is putting on its own Mardi Gras event.
