Union leader: Need for strike action a 'national disgrace'
The Unite general secretary has accused Rishi Sunak of being "missing in action" in pay negotiations for ambulance workers, as she labelled their need to strike an "embarrassment for the country".
Sharon Graham said: "We're the fifth richest country in the entire world and we have got these people out on strike like this.
It's a national disgrace.
Rishi Sunak needs to come to the negotiating table and do the job that he should be doing." Report by Buseld.
