Apple AirPods 3 - Review

After years of speculation and rumor, the Apple AirPods 3 are finally here.

The new Apple AirPods (3rd generation) have launched with a host of new upgrades and a sleek design to help them compete with the best true wireless earbuds on the planet.

Picking up where the 2019 AirPods left off, the new AirPods 3 were announced at Apple's Unleashed event, where we were also treated to new colors for the Apple HomePod mini, the Apple M1 Pro and M1 Max, MacBook Pro 14, and MacBook Pro 16.

New features include support for Spatial Audio with dynamic head tracking (like the AirPods Pro and the AirPods Max), adaptive EQ, and a longer battery life than their predecessors.

The AirPods (3rd generation) should also sound better than the 2019 AirPods, thanks to a custom-built driver that's designed to mitigate distortion - though whether they'll compete with class-leaders like the Sony WF-1000XM4 remains to be seen.
