Unison: Govt using minimum safety levels to lambast unions

Unison's head of health calls the conservatives' legislation on minimum safety levels "ironic", saying trade unions have been "wanting to talk to government about minimum safe staffing levels for over a decade".

Sara Gorton goes on to say that the government are using minimum safety levels in "lambasting trade unions".
