RMT: Union against proposals despite campaign of propaganda

RMT General Secretary Mick Lynch says that "despite a heavy campaign of propaganda" the Union voted against the Government pay rise offer of 9%.

Mr Lynch also says the Union will not support any proposals unless the "position and approach" change.
