Govt: RMT's rejection of new offer is disappointing

Gillian Keegan says it is "disappointing" the RMT union has rejected a "new and improved" offer from the government to halt strikes planned for the Christmas period.

The education secretary speaks on a visit to a school in Reading as the government unveils an energy relief scheme, which aims to help schools "keep their bills down".
