IFS Director thinks middle-income earners are going to ‘struggle’

Paul Johnson, who is the Director of the Institute for Fiscal Studies, thinks that it is middle-income earners who are going to “struggle over the next couple of years”, following the chancellor’s announcements in Thursday’s Autumn Statement.
