'We will face into the storm,' vows Chancellor

Jeremy Hunt has hailed the "tough, inventive and resourceful" British people as he promised to "face into the storm" of the economic crisis during his Autumn Statement.

In an impassioned closing remark, the Chancellor said: "There may be a recession made in Russia but there is a recovery made in Britain and we commit to plan today with British resilience and British compassion." Report by Buseld.
