Home secretary: I am very encouraged by French migrant deal

Home Secretary Suella Braverman says she is "very encouraged" by the signing of a deal which she hopes will help "solve the problem" of illegal migration on the English Channel.

The agreement will see a boost to beach patrols and British staff based in French control rooms for the first time.
