Minister: I've never seen bullying by whips in Parliament

Education Secretary Gillian Keegan says it was "right" that Sir Gavin Williamson resigned yesterday but insists that she has never seen bullying behaviour in the whips' office after "unacceptable language" in text messages between Williamson and Wendy Morton emerged.
