Chaotic scenes on Halifax street as fireworks are let off on street and 'hurled at police'

Residents on Vickerman St, in Halifax, West Yorkshire, said fireworks were thrown towards police on Bonfire Night in scenes which one man said 'resembled World War Three'.

A 17-year-old boy, named locally as Qais Muhammad, died after accidentally injuring himself on a greenhouse while running away from the chaotic scenes.
